No…made me laugh actually…I did feel like a woo-be-girl for a bit…
And I still don’t want to laugh at you…I know I’m hanging onto things and this a is a new feeling for me…but I am…
See…now I’m changing…and believe me - you don’t want me to change…
Coz, one of the benefits of only living in the present and believing in nothing is that you hold no grudges…
so normally I would’ve let it go… minutes after the event…and we could have started engaging in a new string of conversation…so with that in mind…here’s the old me…and:

Sorry meant to say ‘string’… not ‘strong’….
Hmm. How odd.. Stacey corrected a typo that wasn't there? :P
ReplyDeleteahhhh i happy to say - i am still very much quite thee content with all of this :)
ReplyDeletePS. Randall, the typo "Strong" was actually in the subject line.
Just secretly, i have a hunch she did that one on purpose - perhaps to give Dom some more material to respond to. [ i think she wants more than these single line replies ] - actually, perhaps it's just me talking - i'm craving the longer emails lol. But i digress, for the moment this is good. Keep up the single liners Dom! - just dun let it go cold though :)
Arg. Okay. -inhale-
ReplyDeleteIt’s cute and all that they are trying to patch things up. But I still sense that Stacy is still on edge. It kind of bothered me that she got snappy when Dom corrected her onthe whole woo/woe comment. He was confused. I’d probably ask too. Wouldn’t want a fight on a misread sentence...
She needs to breathe and chill out.
And Dom needs to stop thinking that he is the one to blame.
(Stop bringing up past stuff you guys!)
And of course she confesses that she actually laughed at his comment, which highlights how some things through e-mail or the written word can easy be misinterpreted if you are not careful.
Anyway, I’m curious where this may lead as always.
Didn’t get a chance to leave a comment on Wednesday...started up a new school year.
Graduated from university in the spring but now I enrolled in a Professional Writing Program in hopes of getting me somewhere (a possible career in writing – need to make a living because I know becoming a novelist won’t bring in money right off the bat – thats if anyone reads my stuff).
Anyway, I thought I might take you up on your offer Stephen and post a link to some of my writing.
http://www.fictionpress.com/~amethyst16
Mind you, the webpage mostly has alot of my old poems – mostly during my antsy teenager years.
Perhaps I might start up a blog here for my more update views on life and maybe document my time in my writing course.
In one of the classes, we will have to create a blog anyway so perhaps I’ll leave that link once I have it created.
bubble bursting sequence on hold for now....ww
ReplyDeleteHiranga, nicely observed about the 'strong' typo in the message. I missed it too, Randall.
ReplyDeleteStephanie, love your site. Check it out all. I really liked your Broken Skin poem. Reminds me of Plath's 'cut'.
ReplyDeleteGood luck too with school and writing. Let us know how it goes.
WW, hahaha. Yes put down the pin and let the bubble rise a little longer.
ReplyDeleteAgain, the more ellipses, the more they want to get together.
ReplyDelete--Jonathan H.
Jonathan, aint that the truth. Love your comment. Should be a bumper sticker.
ReplyDelete(In a good way)
Nice observation, haha. Ellipses everywhere, man!
ReplyDeleteWe're on the edge, now, of their anger, and hopefully things will swing back around to a happier, more solid state of relationship. Maybe even... something more intimate between them?
We can only hope!
P.S. I hope I did not jinx it by saying that.
