Dom, I can’t stop smiling…

...you’re a nice man…I’m going to sleep now with a big smile on my face…and in the morning I’ll still be smiling…and maybe I’ll write some upbeat lyrics like

Wonderful morning
Night is mourning

Okay got a wee bit maudlin at the end…but I do prefer the night as my email send times can attest…

And, buster…you’ll never have to buy my cds as I will always give you one (cds that is – see now you’ve got me smiling I’ve come over all ‘ooohh matron….’)

Good night…
See you this evening…

  4. Hiranga, yes he's in the clear. Indeed his gamble of a 'hard core woo' has paid off.

  5. haha i reckon!! i've been pretty corny before.. and genuinely so - like i really wish i wasn't so corny - really its always a one time only show!! but this. THIS. puts me to absolute shame - cringe factor is off the charts - i love it haha!!

    I'm utterly relieved.

  7. I found this today via a link on an image board and starting reading, I couldn't stop. This is beautiful. Perhaps like Dom I am a little paranoid, but I really hope that this isn't some sort of massive viral marketing campaign, and this is in fact real. Its true love unfolding before your eyes.

  8. I can't believe you've ever been corny, Hiranga. You seem so sweet.

  9. ST, I must admit I thought she'd take it well too. Deep down I think she really likes this tennis match.

  10. Dux Bellorum, thank you so much for reading and your wonderful comment.

I can promise you this is not a massive viral campaign. I'm not that smart. I'm a simple one man show from Sydney. I'm a writer with nothing to sell.

This blog is simply a non-profit non-agenda unfolding story with the only purpose of engaging an audience in a story.

I do understand your worry, I too have been bitten by cynical viral campaings. But here you are safe.

For further endrosement of my validity, you can google my name or look on IMDB. I'm Stephen Davis (1).

Thank you again for reading and your honesty.

  12. Man, feel sorry for Dom. It'd be near impossible getting this chick to put out.

  13. Hiranga, wouldn't it be great to have a terms and conditions after your name all the time. Might stop us from getting ripped off and hurt.

  14. Anon, what do you mean put out? Emotionally? Sexually? What would you do?

  15. Hang on. Are you saying you wrote this?

  16. hahaha oh no Stephen! Its bad enough with my name - i can hardly fit it in "the space provided." You'd need a whole new page for my T & C's ;D

  17. stephen these emails make me feel glad I'm not the only person who says too much sometimes in a very cringey and very embarrassing way, though I am trying to learn not to commit the cringe to email, unlike lovely Dom. Heidi.

  18. Heidi - I too am part of the 'say too much' club. Indeed I'm surprised they let me join based on rambling and far too revealing application form.
